Using a mix of techniques we will ensure the right course of action for your needs at that time. Whether you need deep tissue Sports therapy or simply a relaxing hour to de stress, we will discuss the options in advance and perform the optimum service as required.

I am very aware of the every day pressures that 21st century living can have on our health and wellbeing. At 'The Retreat' we try and offer "passive counselling" where our clients can feel free to discuss any subject in a safe and non judgemental space.
As part of our growing business we will offer awaydays and actual Retreat weekends where men can feel free to experience activities and respite with other like minded individuals.
